Intake Process:

Client calls for an appointment. At appointment, client fills out application and is seen by the Case Manager.

Eligibility:

Client must be a Hillsborough County resident, must have documentation of recent hardship and must have proof of a steady income. The bill must be in the name of the person seeking assistance.
