The maternity residence provides a 21 bed residential program for adult pregnant women. The program provides life skills training, counseling, case management, parenting, vocational assistance, and education.

Hours:

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Maternity Residence: 24 hours.

Intake Process:

Applicant completes the application on website or in person. If applicant is eligible for program the receptionist will schedule intake. Intake appointments are generally Tues -Wed 11am or 1pm. They last approximately 1 hour. The applicant will meet with the intake counselor to discuss her background and goals. If an applicant is offered admission and there is not a bed available, she will be placed on the waiting list. When a bed is available, the intake counselor will contact applicant to schedule move in.

Eligibility:

Women, 18 years of age and older, who are homeless and pregnant or parenting children under the age of 5 years and who meet the federal guidelines for homelessness. Must be able to function in a group living situation.
